You only ever see "William H." at conventions, and if you see a pic of Mason, it's the same old photo. Who can really say. But I think they were a huge influence on the White Stripes.

At first, I thought that any film where Mason's voice is a presence, is a Mason flick, but Car Wash Girls seems to refute that. Also, there have been allusions to William H. being her figurative (or literal) "brother," but lately I've been wondering if it's at all possible that William H. is yet another alias for Mason. (Perhaps one that allowed her to continue working for Elegant after she "left" for a short time.) Of course, this would make her crazy-prolific, if she were indeed directing under Sam No, Mason and William H, so my gut says, "no way." But then I look at something like the brilliant "Tales of Perversity 11," from 2004 (if you haven't seen it and like fetish movies, this one is a classic for the ridiculously scorching Roxanne Hall scene alone) and it seems much more like a Mason flick than a William H. film. If not Mason herself, I think Graham is the best one to weigh in on the subject. Graham? P.S. Here's hoping for Mason's Slave Dolls 4 in 2010!
