The companies out there that sell solo DVDs (promotionsvideos.com, vmc-videos.com, pt-prod.com) have a mix of pros (sometimes under their mainstream names, sometimes not) and amateurs but its usually just one girl per DVD and most of them also have toy play (the earliest "classic" ones the old Promotions company sold -- now sold by all three of the above mentioned companies -- didn't have any penetration, then later they added just finger penetration and then it became toys as the rule).

As far as real orgasms there's a series that seems to keep changing its name. It's from the same company (the name of which escapes me just now) but has a different title every now and then. Shaving teens, Babes in Toyland, Toys in Babeland, Shaving Coeds. The shaving ones have a girl masturbating to orgasm a couple of times, then she shaves herself in the shower. I'm not into the shaving part, but the orgasms are pretty good. Those are all basically the same title. Same sets, same type of action. There is toy play.

Also there's Voyer Teens (again, not sure of the production company). This is like a hidden camera series. It's girls caught masturbating. Sometimes the fact that the camera is supposed to be hidden in a closet or something can be annoying, and the audio isn't great, but there's some good pussy play in those movies.

Randy West had a series called Real Female Masturbation or something like that. That's all real orgasms, often a few by the same girl. There is some toy play, but the goal is for the girl to get herself off.

My response to nickdel's excellent post of what's out there in mainstream masturbation:

The company that produces the "Shaving Teens","Babes in Toyland" titles is Filmco. I've found their stuff to be hit or miss as far as quality (clearness of the video, camera angles, female talent, etc.) I have Filmco's "Coeds in Toyland #2" as well as several of the "Dildo Darlings" series and they are all so-so -- most of the single girl masturbation titles I get from promotionsvideos.com blow all the scenes from these titles out of the water. I haven't seen any of the "Shaving Teens" or "Shaving Coeds" titles so will have to check them out but if they are of the same quality as "Coeds in Toyland" I probably won't be that impressed. I do like Filmco's lesbian peeing titles such as Lez-Pee-Ins 1 & 2, Itty Bitty Titty Lez-Pee-Ins and Pissing Cousins.

I haven't seen any of the Voyeur Teens series but I'm leery of voyeur titles as I doubt there will be enough of the good close-ups I want to see.

Personally I don't like male intrusion into my solo and lesbian scenes so I don't like Randy West's "Real Female Masturbation" and Ed Power's "Real Masturbation" series. I agree -- avoid Fat Dog at all costs. I really enjoyed the first "Assturbators" (the cute and lovely Leah Luv appears in it) but the style is very hodge-podge and Taylor Wane is kind of annoying as nickdel said. The series "Girls of Amateur Pages" by CinemaPlay is hit or miss for me. Other scenes are more gonzo with great camera angles and natural sound. The models talk dirty in Portuguese. Mostly finger play. I don't usually go for stylistic masturbation stuff like Ninn's "Diva Girls" and "Soloerotica" or Metro's "Bludreams" because I don't like weird lighting and camera techniques getting in the way of my porn but this one I really enjoyed.

I really like Ghost Pro's "For Your Eyes Only" series. Excellent video quality, excellent camera angles and almost all the girls are hot even though most are not big names. Midnight Video's "Masturbasians" is poor quality video (kind of grainy) but the action is good and the Asian performers put on a good show. As far as quality of production, I don't mind giving up on production quality in exchange for a good scene. I'm glad Vince was able to clear up the confusion about the quite confusing names in the 12 Nasty series. In my opinion the best volume so far has been volume 1 but seeing the trailer for volume 4 I think it might become the champ. I definitely recommend you buy from online stores if you can. I don't know what the customs wait is coming into Canada but I've purchased from three or four sites that originate and distribute from Canada and the wait is usually fairly short.

I failed to mention another new series of masturbation DVDs in my big post -- Metro/Cloud Nine's "Fashion Models Gone Bad". The second volume has just been released so I haven't seen it yet but I do own the first volume. Real good cast list and again real quality video. A light music soundtrack doesn't get in the way of the natural sounds too much. There is a short interview and some male interaction with the performer at the start of each scene which I don't particularly like but once the action starts it is decent. There is mostly toy use in this one.

Vince, I actually don't have that incredible a memory. I own at least one volume of each of the series I reviewed in my big post and all of the standalone titles as well (I'm an obsessive collector fortunate enough to have a sizeable budget). So I took a trip down memory lane and popped a few of them in my DVD drive while I was writing the big post to refresh my memory a bit. The shops advertised at ADT should be safe and SSL-encrypted. A fraudulent store couldn't afford to advertise here, they'd get bad credit on the forum as soon as someone makes a bad experience. That would have happened a long time ago. Read the experience other users made with the shops in the International Shopping forum. Of course mistakes can happen but if they're on the side of the shop then they should give you the money back if you e-mail them. Customs may not seize your order if the contents comply with Canadian law. I don't know about your laws concerning import of porn DVDs but perhaps you know it yourself, or maybe you can find something in the International Shopping forum. Otherwise you can still start a new thread and ask.
Of course a store isn't willing to give people money back just because they didn't know what's illegal in their country. They also don't want that everyone who in fact got the movies wants their money back telling the movies have been seized.
