Also, are there any titles done in this style, in which 2 couples, friends, join in the hardcore play....

We've always been open to doing threesomes or foursomes or whatever. But it's hard enough to find two people who are both on the same page that we are on, let alone three or four people who have complementary reasons for want to be in one of our productions. So far it hasn't happened.
