Hey everone. I'm a long time porn afficionado with thousands of porn movies in my collection. I have a few criteria (girl type, the vid must contain anal or vaginal penetration, etc) and wthin those specifications, I want to collect all of the porn that I can get my hands on. However, I only want to collect porn that is completely legal and legit. I recently came across a source for some old Max Hardcore movies and I was wondering about the legality of these films. I know that Max Hardcore was imprisoned for obscenity, and that he had some girls in his movies claim to be underage. I have no interest in underage girls, so I probably won't collect those specifc videos even if they are legal, but I was wondering what the consensus is on his other films. Are they legal to own, or could I possibly get in trouble for having those movies? On the surface, it seems obvious that they should be safe, as they are consenting adults making entertainment for other consenting adults, but one thing that gives me pause is that they aren't available on hotmovies.com or several of the other big porn retailers. nobody has been chased down for owning his material..... obscenity laws are vague and there needs to be a case made and reason.... i dont see any local jurisdiction wasting tens of thousands of dollars going after records of companies to see who bought it, and raiding their homes, laying charges and dealing with the defense arguing it is all consenting adults . As far as I know Max has never shot an underage performer in his life. At least not one that he was aware of being underage at the time. I would have to see timeline of when he started to shoot porn with known performers who lied about their age and manage to shoot a significant amount of porn prior to being discovered. The good news for you is that if you know the performers in the videos you are interested in than it should be easy to Google their name and find out if they are part of that tiny list of underage performer. I also don't think that any of his videos are considered to contain illegal material so much as they are considered to contain obscene material. That last part is really what got him convicted and sent to prison. I won't debate the merits of the case or what Max could have done differently to avoid what happened to him because it`s history now. All I'll say is that I'm not aware of any one who bought those movies getting in trouble with the law because technically speaking the videos didn't contain illegal material. My only warning to you is mostly in passing because I assume you already know this but it doesn't hurt to mention it. The kind of porn Max produced over the years changed over time and what I used to enjoy became something that I detested and avoided. You need to make sure that the movies you are looking for are the ones that will appeal to your taste. Otherwise you may wind up with a bunch of videos that are produced by Max but are really not what you were hoping for.

I'e heard about them in the past but I mostly assumed that they were a gimmick to bilk saps out of their hard earned $. And I totally get where you are coming from, Pat362. It's not that I'm especially interested in the kinds of movies Max Hardcore made - I don't want to see girls vomiting, and I'm only slightly interested in golden showers but I love anything with anal fucking, and, if I'm being honest, the taboo quality of his films appeals to me. As I said earlier, I also want to collect all the porn I can. I'm probably something of a "porn hoarder," but I have the space for it and My collection is well-organized, so I don't feel any shame in it. The neat thing about porn is that I could collect it from now until the day I die and I'd never have all of it. It's kind of a quest. 😁 Anyway, thanks again.

Yeah, VPNS work. If law enforcement is investigating some illegal porn ring they can use the courts to get records from a VPN company and track people down but they are not going to do that unless its some kiddie porn ring. You are safe to use it with your regular porn. And like pat alluded to, Maxs material was never deemed illegal to sell or to purchase. He was just thrown in the can for making it because someone in his jurisdiction decided to argue it was obscene and won the case. People in the court system who may be vanilla, seeing one of Max's more nastier videos, may get that emotional response to lock him up! Not everyone can see a girl dressed as a 9 year old, throat fucked until she pukes, pissed on and fucked in the ass, and think "consensual adult entertainment".

^ Not a fan of Max , never been, I doubt I'd ever be , but one thing about VPNs, a piece of advice even though there are some free, a VPN network is costly, if they gives its use for free , you should wonder where they get their costs paid , it'd be much better if you choose a paid one , posibly based on a country with very protecting privacy laws , just to stay on the safe side
If you join Bang.com they have a library of licenced stuff that includes some Max Hardcore. Bang is a good deal and it gives you a chance to get at least a dozen titles. Keep in mind that these are edited for the American market so there is no puke and no piss. Take that as good or bad depending on your preferences. I agree with pat - Max was never even accused of using underage models. Each one was at least 18. Good luck!
LOL no puke is definitely a good thing, from my perspective. As for piss, i can take it or leave it. The thing about underage models-i had read that in the fiction of the scene itself, once or twice, models stated that they were 12 years old. I thought that that might have contributed to his imprisonment. I will have to look into Bang.com. I've seen the name before but I wasn't sure what they were about.
I appreciate the advice. I started researching VPNs already, and I think I found one that looks promising. And it isn't free - I agree that I wouldn't trust a free service to fully protect me!
I can't speak for the stuff he made in later years(the time his stuff got weird and disgusting) but otherwise I never once heard any of his performer talk about being underage during their scenes. That said many people have mentioned that he dressed his performers like 12 yrs old girls but I argue that if that's true then they would have been the sluttiest looking 12 yrs old at the time. As an aside. Bang.com is basically the same thing as VideosZ.com.
