The yellow couch caught fire in a freak accident. It was the source of all of Max's inspiration. He felt that his work could no longer continue.
Or maybe someone pissed in his cowboy hat? (!!!!????)

Probably considered obscene and removed. Seeing is how much of his stuff is. But I could be wrong, I haven't tried to access his site in months, since I had a steady supply of his movies already.

So, i'm curious...
He has an obscenity charge and they didn't kill his website and he can still run it while fighting this in court?
I don't get how this works exactly.
From what i've always understood, they'll shut your website down and you're screwed. Maybe he was smart and had it hosted overseas.

If he'd been really smart, he wouldn't be on the roasting spit right now. My guess is that they don't care about his site for now. They just want to get him convicted of something and without Max, the videos and the web site will go down as well.

I wanted to say "it didn't yesterday" and not "it doesn't", but never mind...
threesomebody, you right but it was because the access. The virus was on the site at this moment.

He hasn't been convicted of anything yet, so I would think that he still has to right to run his website if he so chooses. However, if we can judge by what other pornographers have done when threatened with legal action, most pornographers would have just shut their websites down on their own to help their case. Say what you will about Max, at least he seems to have the balls to not let the government intimidate him.
