I watch porn pretty regularly, but I would say after the past several years what I watch has steadily declined to just a couple times a week. I tend to watch more anal or dp videos, but one of the main reasons I don't watch as much is because it's just getting gross and annoying.
Of course different strokes for different folks, but seriously when did constantly spitting on a girl and slapping her in the face every 15 seconds become sexy? I don't like watching or hearing the sounds of a girl retching to the point of vomiting. To me it's stupid and more in line of what college frat boys would watch together. For me, I like it when the girl seems to be genuinely turned on instead of being used like a punching bag. Looking at a lot of the girls faces, it doesn't look like they like it that much either. Why is necessary for the guys to pull out every 5 seconds to gape a chick or spit in her ass. There is absolutely nothing sexy about that.
Another thing that is an instant turn off when I hear the director/cameraman hocking up a wad of phlegm right in the microphone and then spitting. It's fingers on a chalkboard. If I see a wad of spit on the ground I don't say to myself "Hey that's really hot, wouldn't that be cool if it was on some chick!"
Lastly, I don't understand why POV is so popular. To me, POV is too genital/gynecological oriented and rarely does a chick doing POV seem like she's genuinely that into it because of having to be aware of the camera and the movement. Supposedly POV makes the viewer feel like he's doing the girl, but to me it's just boring. Part of that too is I want to see the girl, not the cameraman's dick.
Bottom line, why not make movies that aren't so gross instead of catering to the college frat boy sect? My girlfriend used to watch porn with me all the time, but she thinks most porn now is gross because of the spitting and slapping. It seems that the intent for most videos is to humiliate the girl or come as close as possible. Again, I would rather see a chick getting it good and being into it instead of watching her become a Rocco punching bag.
