Does anyone know if any woman anywhere (in the biz or not) has gone through the drug protocol to induce lactation solely for the one to 3 cup increase in breast size that can occur?
One need only to look at Belladonna immediately after she gave birth to see how magnificently huge her breasts had become while she was lactating. A woman can keep lactating indefinitely so long as the milk is continually expressed.

Lordish, sorry for the following nerd-ish explanation, but I see the reason as pretty technical.
Is there such a thing for purely career related purposes? Not sure if flooding a woman excessively with sex hormones, solely for large breasts (economic benefit), is wise. The reason behind this is that sex hormones are very powerful and normally circulate and achieve their biological functions in concentrations of nanogram (1 billionth of a gram) to picogram (1 trillionth of a gram) quantities.
Therefore, even adding a small amount of hormone to a body, let's say 1mg (with 100% bioavailability), you are adding a hormone in quantities of a million to a billion times normal. This would be disastrous if widely practiced in western medicine, as everyone (even doctors) loves to overdo things. Also, adding hormones not 'needed' to a system can cause many huge, serious toxic/pathologic effects. This principle has current applications today (i.e., chemical castration).
Note: Even though the above case is seen in the birth control pill, the long-term safety and tetrogenicity of the pill is still being medically and scientifically debated and this is for birth control.
As the guy said in The Girl Next Door, "Always know if the juice is worth the squeeze."! (no pun intended) In this case, I would say, just work with what you have.
