For real, Evil - alot of people meet thru work, but this isn't always such a good idea. Not only do you end up looking at their mug 24/7, if the relationship takes an ugly turn, it can make your job a Living Hell, and you know what that's like... so, you might try joining a club or group that share your same interests or hobby. It is hard these days, when we work such long hours, sometimes there's not much left for a social life. And if you do find someone you like, absolutely flirt. Just talk to her, find out what her interests are & maybe find some common ground. I used to think flirting came naturally, just that thing between men & women, that sexual tension that makes life so interesting. When I flirt, I tend to tease (no, not cocktease) & make alot of sexual innuendos, but this might not work too well for male to female, you'll have to see how much of a sense of humor she's got first. So many people have been sued for sexual harrassment in the workplace these days, that they've taken all the fun out of it. You're afraid to say shit.
Most of all, just be yourself & relax. If that doesn't work - GET MARRIED - you'll have to beat them off with a club!
