Her boobs already have a slight slope to them, and they have a gentle, rounded weight underneath. If I've got my facts straight, they'll settle and become more pliant in the months to come, so she'll gain a more natural appearance. They look very soft already, which is a plus. Meantime, her nipples are delicious. Melissa, what type of implants? Are they saline, or gel? Also, in what part of the breasts are they inserted? Under the fat? Toward the skin? I'm trying to figure out why yours look so much better than most enlargements I've seen. [Link]

The implants are silicone. they re placed under the muscle. why do they look that good?? hehe cause i got the best doctor ever. his name is Brad J. Jacobs, he s in Manhattan. he is great. i had a speedy recovery with absolutely no pain. i stopped taking the painkillers on the 3rd day, and on the 4th day i was shopping at Victorias Secret for new bras! anyway i am extremely happy with the results... i do not regret my choice, at all. cant wait to put them in action!
