My guess(pure speculation) is that there are two things that could have happened first since the new management has taken over and they are clearly have a much different approach to running things than Lansky did they more than likely looked at and said we already made her multiple offers and at a premium rate and she rejected them both times so they asked themselves do we want to make a 3rd offer at a higher rate and what will the benefit be to us if she accepts and determined that the cost/benefit was a negative and have not made any further inquiries. The second scenario could be that they have come back and made an offer but more than likely not at the level Lansky did and she might have rejected them again. [Link]
