If they try real hard i am sure they can also explain to you why even a content owner doesnt own full rights on the content he produced. but i guess that's what ADT is. get used to it. I will add, posting a link to a tube site will get your warned, continuing will get you banned. Serving as a distributor for illegally created videos gets you shown the door. He was distributing.
