You have to believe that him working for EVIL Angel is a big reason why his movies basically only involve hardcore anal and sometimes oral scenes. Of course, for Digital Sin and Bang Bros he mixes it up and works the pussy too. I don't think his movies are stale at all. If anything, camera work & heat have improved by a huge degree in the past year. The most perfect example is probably Aiden Aspen's scene in Hot Anal Auditions. I AM bothered by the 2 girls 1 anal thing. The reasoning given for it above is acceptable, but a big part of the appeal of Mike's stuff, especially if you weren't crazy about POV, was its all-anal pedigree. It's kind of a standard curve in porn. I can think of many anal-themed series that went all-Brazilian/Euro for maybe 3 installments running because 1) not enough American girls were doing anal, 2) there was an HIV scare, or 3) it was much cheaper and the company was about to go under. The devolution of "all anal" from meaning what it says to meaning "anal in every scene" is, even if none of the above factors apply, at least similar. And obviously I prefer American girls - YMMV. Lastly, the whole buildup to anal thing with fan favorites can be less effective if they've peaked. For instance, Juelz is great but slightly past her prime IMO, and I would argue that Nikki Benz just barely got to anal in time. Kagney Linn Karter, while now a veteran performer, is still magnificent and my favorite new anal convert of the past year.
