Everything you see coming out now was filmed before that and the director has just been hanging on to the footage. The anal scenes with Jules Jordan and Lexington Steel we both from the never released "Lela Star's Darkside" which Jules is obviously releasing bit by bit. He supposedly has a DP scene from it as well that the fucker is making us wait for. I don't know what the deal is with Mike....probably the same.
