I was told by someone who owns a physical copy, that the DVD and website versions were identical, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Apparently the company who runs EA's websites has been adding cuts to the scenes. I don't know how long this has been going on but I checked the running-times on some of his dirtier scenes and there seems to be a pattern here. Evil Angel currently has an edited version of Sloppy Cocksuckers 2 on their site, though. That much is certain.
