The new AJ scene was a bit weird it just kind of didn't work. I liked the Vanessa Sky scene a lot so its not all bad but I find his stuff is very hit and miss at the moment. some scenes are such bad quality as well, the guy can clearly do as he likes but why put stuff out in that state. strange I am guessing if he makes a mess of the Mia scene there will be a backlash, he might not be bothered but it certainly will dent his reputation as the best out there. I agree with someone that said that he's need a break or vacation, 4 movies per month is too much but I dont think that replace Mike will work, just look PervCity/BAM Visions we already have "the same shoot with different guy" so who is capable of doing the same things that he does?? Out of all three Rebel Lynn is the only scene that looked that great.
I just watched new trailers... And the quality looks bad! Does Evilangel hate you? Mike could not be the best fucker, he is a great ass/pussylicker. Even his dick looks smaller. What is happening here? I've waited too much for Anna Bell Peaks, Blair Williams, Lena Paul, and greater actresses but they ruin it. Outfits? Horrible. That's not sexy at all.
I totally agree, I'm glad someone else voiced their opinion. Mike is still the greatest out right now but compared to his older movies, he has defintely fallen off and I can assume some of you guys think so aswell. I think the casts are great! but like you said they're lame for those reasons.
The only really good scene appears to be Rebel lynn's scene looks crazy for such a small skinny girl !!! she's doing all the work and taking it to make the scene what it is. 2nd best probably bella bellz.... I don't really have a problem with what others have mentioned. Maybe the quality has gone down a bit overall, but it's the freaking camera zoom and angles that are the worst for me. Zoom the fuck out a bit and improve the angles... get the girls in better positions. Seems like such a simple fix. I'm watching some of his old scenes which I never thought were that great, but they seem awesome now compared to some of the new stuff.

There's been some doggy, but the zoom has been ultra close up on the doggy POV for like the past year. Also he doesn't position the girls as well.
Mike... I wish you would bring back using butter and other props to make your scenes REALLY messy and nasty... I'm not sure why you stopped doing it. I always thought it gave a sense of perversion and craziness that helped set your scenes apart. Since those days I feel like you've lost a little of you "edge"... Just my opinion.

Yeah the Rebel Lynn was a good scene. For me, Mike really did some great scenes this year, he only lost his hands on the three last anal movies. No gaping, no DOGGY, so much intro, a 45 min scene has 30 min teasing and only 15 of anal fucking, what the fuck is this? And now judging by the new trailers the only good scenes is the Anna Bell Peaks, Bella Bellz and Lena Paul (for me the only i really waiting). Disapointed with the Dana deArmond, Giselle Palmer, Blair Willians, Crystal Rush, Ivy Labelle (really waited to see a doggy gaping in this one) and the second Rebel Lynn looks inferior to the first one.

Opposite is true for the actual full scenes, the video quality has increased from then until now. The same can't be said for Mike's performance and the actual content of the scenes though.

I agree 100% with you. I'm not sure whats happening but someone completely dropped the ball here! The female talent is spot on but everything else is fucked up. We've been saying the same stuff for years now about his scenes and how he needs to improve the camera quality , lighting , camera angles, cuts, no dirty talking, etc. He must obviously not read this forum. His scenes are totally a hit or miss and thats sad considering how hot the female talent has been recently. Its like wasted potential but we continue to watch to see if the man will one day return to his roots. Maybe its time for a break But like someone said I don't think the man can be replaced with anyone that has his filthy mind. The man has delivered the hottest scenes ever created in porn btw.

I'm sorry, but that's just not true. Go back and watch his older scenes (up until a couple of years ago). The video quality is smooth and crisp and the lighting is much better. He/Evilangel then decided to change cameras and/or the technique of processing and uploading the video file. Now the video quality is a juddery, digital mess. It's happened with other directors too (Mark Wood, Jonni Darkko etc). Most people obviously don't notice it - but for me, it's astonishing that video quality in porn is actually regressing, not improving.
I know for a fact that he does. He posts under numerous aliases. But he obviously doesn't give a damn about any constructive criticism posted here. And to be honest, why would he? He's getting paid by evilangel regardless, he's having fun doing what he's doing, why would he care if his product is a pale imitation of his earlier work? I don't know the guy, but from speaking to people who do, I get the feeling that he's a stubborn character - the more people suggest he does one thing, the more he'll want to do the opposite. That's just the impression I get.

I've been a longtime fan of Mike's work. His early scenes with Evil were really good, especially from the 2011-2013. What I really appreciate now from those scenes were the lots of use of doggy style, especially with those POV close up shots of the doggy! He still incorporates that in his scenes, although not as much as I would like to see it. As for the camerawork, I think it has gotten better in the past two years, right after he broke it off with Maestro Claudio. Can anyone confirm if Mike's new camera man is Llazlo H? He is a much better camera operator than Maestra. I actually really love the camera positioning for the most part, especially when the girl is riding on top of Mike and the lens is in the lower position right behind her with the ass taking up the whole screen! And of course, the doggy style from the profile and POV. Keep up the good work Mike and tell the camera guy to keep it up too. I just wish you could stop using new girls so often, and shoot more of girls like Kristina Rose, AJ Applegate, Harley Jade who have great big asses. I didn't really have an issue with the long tease and ass worship when the scenes used to be 1 hour plus long. Most scenes now are in the 45-50 min range so the actual anal sex part, which is supposed to be the focus of the movie, is getting shorter and shorter. Mikes movies used to be all 2 disc movies, they're now one disc with less anal sex, less anal positions, no cum shots and horribly edited, hacked to pieces blow jobs. Not sure how anyone can argue that his movies aren't significantly weaker these days.
TOO BAD the quality is so poor! Anal Interviews #3 is volcanic fire! I haven't been this excited since Tattooed Anal Sluts #3. Three fake asses getting plowed close up is amazing.
