The new website seems good (hyped for another Angela scene) but obviously there's a lot of work to do. Hopefully it'll be up and running by the end of this year. But i have some concerns. If Mike's gonna work on Swallowed, True Anal and Evilangel his performance will only get worse. Hiring other male talents is not such a good idea, because i doubt their scenes will be as good as Mike's but we'll find out soon enough. I recommend Mike to focus only on Swallowed and True Anal and only publish compilation titles on Evilangel.
+1 I'm really doubtful for his upcoming scenes because of this. I hope he stop pushing the limit because he is not that good anymore. About hiring male performer instead of him, I don't think someone can replace him. His style is the only one that I like in the business.
The only person I'd consider would be Chris Strokes. They've worked together before and it was always really great. When they were both shooting a lot for Bangbros there were some scenes with Strokes that were either shot/directed by Adriano or were essentially copying his style and I think it worked fine. I wouldn't necessarily like to see Strokes replace Mike but I would be eager to see more Strokes scenes shot in that style.

You put too much pressure on yourself. Either be a director more often (assuming finding the right guys to work with is even possible) or just do a few less scenes. - If you launch a website learn how to run it professionally and deal with paying customers courteously. No company in the world has ever succeeded by offering a rubbish service and being directly rude to the people who choose to pay. Remember, it is a choice. We all know how to get porn if we want it. I pay for mine because I believe it is deserved when it's well made AND DELIVERED to me in a manner that is stress-free and not full of disappointment. Swallowed.com has severe [admittedly occasional] speed issues, as well as big organisational and customer service problems.
There are some awesome girls in Europe such as girls in Legalporno . It would be amazing if Mike shoots with these girls. These girls deserve a master like Mike Adriano instead of dimwit Male performers in those scenes. Is there really a difference in the video quality between the 1080p videos on those sites? There is a huge bitrate and file size difference in them, but can you really compare the crispness and other video aspects that makes it worth it to be a member of PervCity just to get Mike's old videos? What's going on with the lack of ass-to-mouth in Mike's scenes these days? Some of the scenes don't contain any ATMs! I know most directors have completely forgotten about ATM now and it's a dying act (for some reason), but I never thought Mike would stop including it. to whomever asked about European performers: It is possible that Mike is not an American citizen. So to keep his visa status, he needs to prove that his business brings economic benefits tp USA. Hiring American performers, for example, contributes to the economy. Same goes with other aspects of his business (eg. editing, tax, legal .etc)
