Its a more than a year and half, and I am still waiting for two of the scenes to go real: 1. ^ Unless the second one has already been shot, you're going to have to wait a while for Aria to shoot for Mimefreak because she signed an exclusive contract with Digital Playground back at the end of January. I believe it is a one-year contract.

You know that ranges from a lot of different things. Not just the talent you also have to think of the agents and location. A lot of things come in to play when you talk about expenses. GangBangs are usually the most tho. We have Kendra, Summer, Aj (The Booty Movie Deal)Dakota, and Kenzie.
I love music. I sit for hours at a time listening to a bunch of music to place the settings of the scenes I shoot. I try to go with the genre of the movie as well. If it's an IR movie I will go with a hip-hop feel. If its an all white movie I usually go with something non hip-hop. I'm going to be doing something different for another movie I have coming out. Anal Warriors probably has my favorite type of music to put in videos. I don't know if you saw the SlutWoman trailer I did for Elegant but if I could I would do all my trailers that short and style.

I 've notice something about MimeFreak the last months. ^ the last piracy outbreak basically wiped out all the companies solely dedicated to urban and ethnic lines. Like Wesley Pipes said, "Shooting with the white girl makes money so we got to follow the money" Their money line was already low compared to regular vanilla companies and only the biggest companies staved it off like Evasive and WCP. You got a couple of others trying to keep it alive like Industry Invaders, HHHoneys, and LT's resurgence but most of the big production companies are staying away from it. We cant even get a black and white girl paired together let alone with a brother anymore. It's kinda messed up when you think of it, black man and black women enters the industry and most of the industry wants to shoot you with anything but each other Mime had one flick on Elegant and I know some others have pleaded but I dont hold my head high on it. It doesnt even have to be a whole movie, just one or two scenes here and there how Slayer and DeVoe would do in certain flicks or at least pair up a white girl, black girl, latina girl, or asian girl with each other.

This has been a discussion that has happened at the offices of ArchAngel. A lot of ppl really throw the Milf thing out without thought. There's a certain woman that is qualified to be a Milf.
So Im going to take my time to reply to this post. I usually see things on here and its usually about someone wanting us to shoot someone but this is something that made me want to reply to immediately. I will try to answer this from "My Point of View" and remember this is "my opinion" and my opinion only. Black on Black content has really fell thru the cracks because there weren't enough people supporting the genre. Yes piracy has A LOT to do with it but its more to that. You have to understand there isn't an outlet besides DVD and Websites that you can sell Black content on. For us to make a profit in the adult industry you have to make a profit on a lot of platforms. Every year the DVD market is dying more and more. Then you have websites that aren't putting up "quality" Black on Black product. You have to understand we have to depend on VOD (video on demand) and broadcast sells to make some money as well. There are no hotels or cable channels willing to pay an equal amount for black on black porn which hinders the studios from making it. You can make money but its not the same. So when you have a lower budget you have to go to black performers and ask them for a lower rate and in return the black performers (Mainly the sistas) feel like they are getting the shit end of the stick. Which they are for the most part but its not personal it's business. I personally feel that besides the lack of support from the fans to carry on this genre of porn, we as producers/directors didn't cater to Black on Black porn as we do "normal" porn. Meaning...can you imagine black on black porn being shot in a way that Greg Lanksy is shooting blacked..? (Taking myself and company out the equation) When you think about black on black porn it was always a grunge feel to it. I personally got tired of the ghetto themed all black porn. They watered it down to the point that NO creativity was used in making black porn worth watching..When you think about it, how many times did you see a sista twerking in front of a car with 20-inch rims or getting fucked in a hotel? There weren't many upscale scenes shot where a director/producer put thought into it. I tried it with Caramel Hunnies and it was something that was different. I wanted to make it a trend to shoot black on black porn with some type of erotica look. Of course there are many more reason and points that I can go into however I'm tired of being called an "Uncle Tom" from my views on the black porn world like I'm not black enough..lol...The amount of love that I get from my own people is at an all-time low because they feel "I don't keep it real". However when you think about it, there are only a handful of quality directors that are black left and one would think maybe we need support from you to carry on what we have. There's Prince, Lex, L.T. Sean Michaels and myself that are still around trying to make this thang work. So if my own people feel some type of way about me then you have three others that are left. And we all know three other directors isn't a lot in the mainstream porn world. I can also go into the amount of black performers that you all love refusing to work with other black performers. (Thats a conversation I won't indulge in due to it being there own business to talk about) (I might put it in a book somewhere in the future) Lastly, I would only hope that those who do truly demand black on black porn to find a site or movies to support. There are some if you really look for it. As far as me producing movies on my own there's talk but you all have to understand that everything takes time. As a few as my witness I've been trying to shoot an all black on black series. It's just hard to convince my parters in taking a risk. So if there's a risk to be made it will be mine and mine alone. In return that will take more time. And as far as the Asian n Black, Hispanic and Black scenes go it falls under the same category. I hope I have given you all some insight on this subject..if not, I tried and I apologize if my words didn't provide clarity. What he said too. I actually have most of the same perspective on this and you do MF. When I had a membership with Manwin/Mindgeek, I used to pillage their bonus section for all the old all-ebony titles they racked up from buying out sinking companies, but I came off with the same impressions: ghetto, low class, low budget studios or 2 star hotels, poor camera work/lighting/everything on a technical standpoint. Cant put out a quarter pounder and expect people to pay Cheesecake Factory prices. In fact, on the "urban" sites, it has become a running joke for black porn to be "half porno, half mixtape advertisement"(I think you have a clue of the couple of guys we can relate that too). And we are fans, so we dont know the intricacies of who wants to do what or is charging what but I know some of the guys who wont shoot with their own people, one of them I really dont like as a performer anwyay but we've discussed that already. I've heard other guys like Prince and Rico come out and say on camera that they will not provide any benefit to black females who hold out on black guys. What DeVoe did, what Slayer did, what LT did and is doing again, what Lex has been doing - that should be how all black films are perceived, just as intense, classy, and exhilarating to watch as most vanilla or interracial but too many guys bastardized the genre into solely being hip-hop orientated all the time and even as a black guy, it can be very off-putting. I would never expect a "Blacked" style explosion but I think you were on the right track with "Caramel Hunnies", skip all the bull and focus on the essence of shooting adult films. I would hope one day you could try to continue that series since there are some hot ebony girls out there like Layton Benton, Jezebel Vessir, Teanna Trump(currently out of commission), Ana Foxxx, Chanell Heart, SKyler Nicole, and Nadia Jay that should be getting down with white guys, latin guys, AND Black guys.
