Beautiful Girls #15 shows Claudia Rossi and Sandy Style with anal dildos on the cover ,the scene is missing . Rocco's Initiations #8 shows sexy newcomer Kati in an anal scene and gaping on the cover but there is no anal for Kati .I am not happy especially with this Rocco movie .Why is the anal scene with Kati cut out ?
As I wrote elsewhere, that was my one real complaint with RI8. Kati is shown gaping in the photos, and these seem to indicate that the anal was more than just a few seconds for the photo op, it was a full part of the scene. Perhaps those stills were the only moments she wasn't screaming in agony, and that's why the footage was cut, but if so, then the photos shouldn't have been used on the boxcover.
seems like a lot of boxcovers are misleading from various companies
i remember seeing cumshots on the back cover that were not in the film (not even close). so i'm wondering, where THAT image came from? and if it did happen why it wasnt in the actual movie.

If that really happened they should at least have included that Kati anal and her gaping result at the end as an extra scene. Since its nothing to hide, but just a normal reaction of a near anal virgin newscomer to Roccos rear end attacks.
Against fraudulent box covers we can only fight denouncing those companies.
Keep in mind that most of the time, hardcore stills are shot with still cameras while the video cameras are not rolling (i.e. they don't take stills from the video footage or at the same time). Otherwise, you'd see the flash from the still camera. Therefore, unless they use the same positions and toys, it's not going to match.
I'm not defending fraudulent box covers, but I don't think Evil Angel edits or provides the box cover photos--the individual producers do.
This is easily overcome by using film that is matched in speed and color balance to the lighting used on the set, and by putting the still camera inside a blimp, which muffles the noise of the shutter and mirror.
Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't you keep the best stuff in it and cut the less interesting stuff out?

Another thing that does happen (and Tricia has talked about it once or twice) is that the photos and artwork is done and sent to the printers for publishing the box cover, but in the final edit something gets removed that is on the cover.

I'm really sorry about those mix-ups in pictures on the boxes for Beautiful Girls 15 and Rocco's Initiations 8.
We have kind of a policy here that if a specific position or act isn't in the movie, we still would include a good photo of it in the photo gallery. For those 2 movies (and most of our movies), the photo gallery was picked before the boxcover was. Then when the box was picked, the person saw the still in the DVD picture selection, and added it to the boxcover photos.
We had a meeting today, and now everyone is aware of the potential problems of mixing photo gallery stills with boxcover stills. We wouldn't knowingly put a picture on the cover if that specific thing doesn't happen in the movie. In the past, we've accidentally put pics of a doggy anal position when it was really a cowgirl anal position in the movie -- things like that.
Thanks for the clip John h. Oh - and I can definitely understand possibilities of why it wasn't in the movie. Most likely it was a very small segment that didn't have any true start or ending and it would have been difficult to keep it in the scene and keep the scene flowing.
can some one please put what Tony C just wrote in an easy to find place in this site so every porn producer can read it. or better yet, how about get the services of a spamer and tell him to flood porn producer's e-mail boxes with links to this thread, that way they won't miss it even if they want to ..maybe one day the son of my son will be able to see what he saw on the boxcover in the actual porn movie 99.9% of the time, not like today when you basicly have to cross your fingers and say a prayer for the boxcover to be accurate with the images.

The reason we don't use a blimp for stills at EA is because it is very distracting to the performers.
I remember how distracting it was when I was a performer and worked on sets that took stills at the same time as during the video. In my opinion, it hurt the video scene's spontaneity and focus.
You know, y'all will hate me for saying this but I really don't pay much attention to the boxcover other than to note who's in the movie. I've never thought them to be that reliable and really could care less -- except when it appears there is a going to be a scene and then it doesn't exist -- at all.
i never never never look on covers, i got betrayed so many times. try to find a good online store where you can see screenshots of the movie.
covers are just a big FRAUD and i cant believe that it is to much work to look what is in the movie and what to put on the covers.
people buy a movie because they want to see the scenes on the covers, the covers tell them what they have to expect, nobody buys a movie because a single still in the photo gallery (i doubt people will watch that stills anywhere, you can have better images on the pc from internet all the time), so if you dont give them what you showed on the covers, its fraud
for my opinion there are no excuses, FRAUD is FRAUD (doesnt matter which company ... btw, evil angel is my favorite label)

I don't know Rocco's editor personally, but if I had to guess, it would be that when they went to do the video portion of the anal, Kati was not able to do it. It's much easier when a guy slowly puts his dick in and then just leaves it there to take stlls than when he's pumping in and out fast for the video.
I know it was a bad mistake for this picture to be on the boxcover. Everyone in our art department is going to be much more careful about communicating.

I think some companies just can't help it. Evil Angel does not slip up often , but when you consider the sheer number of titles churned out each month a few errors are likely to happen , no matter how small.
Some companies can't help it ... and some like Leisure Time ... and the more slightly respectable Anabolic , just ignore it.
