I'm not sure if this has come up though MistyAnderson.com which at the moment is described as "Amateur teen model Misty Anderson . Non nude model, nonude young model." Is going to at stage soon going to become a hardcore site. I don't know that seems a little odd to me, from showing nothing to showing everything plus more, have other internet models done anything like that?
I think some non-nude sites charge $30+/month, like Next Door Nikki and Kari Sweets. But some hardcore sites centered around a single woman charge $15-$20/month (as do some other non-nude sites).
So what would be the point of doing to hardcore, if she is able to charge more for a non nude site, or is there likely to be a greater membership for the site being hardcore?
It isn't that there is more money in non-nude, it is that those women have enough popularity that they get sufficient membership. It is argueable whether the two examples I cited are the best looking women out there, but that isn't the issue. Next Door Nikki also benfited from being carried by a webmaster that had already established some popularity.

It has to come down to metrics like number of members, churn, new customer acquisition, etc. What sort of membership level do you need to pay for the cost of running the site, producing new content, and paying yourself a decent income?
