Request Mona to directors as much as possible. Most directors (except for a certain one at Evilangel) really do try to cast girls fans want to see in their movies, as long as their schedules are open and the girl dosent regularly miss bookings. That's not a problem with Mona.

Most popular companies don't care about fan requests because they already have access to every agency roster and agents send them info about all their available models so they just book usual porn archetypes that people will be always interested in. Fans have been requesting Mona to companies for years, she's been requesting herself as well - she's not a teen nor a milf so not a usual porn archetype and most companies wouldn't automatically interested. She also doesn't want to be with an agency that companies would rather book through so that limits her work with major companies as well. Hope she changes her mind and signs with an agency at some point.
