It's too bad she quit the biz so soon. I really like her look. I've seen a couple of her scenes and thought they were good but I would've liked to see her work with some of the other big studios and directors. What I saw of her was good but have to admit it was more about her looks than performance that made it work for me. Not blaming her though and not saying her performance was bad...just standard. In many cases certain directors or shooting for certain studios can make a big difference in the way a girl comes off in a scene.

I must have seen 3 separate scenes from here before I realized they were different scenes. She looks, dresses and performs the same in all 3. I suspect the cool down on her is more like due to this, than her decision to focus on other projects. It truly takes more than a phat ass to be a star.
I kinda agree with you on this. I've seen it happen before. A particular girl enters the porn biz and at the start of her career mostly shoots for one studio or a couple of studios that have a similar style and all her scenes all mostly seem the same. Particularly when the studios do what is typically a more straight forward type of sex scenes. I feel Mia Kailifa (sp?) suffered the same thing during her short time in the biz. Both Mia and Moriah did some good stuff during their time but I think it would've been interesting to see what some of the studios/directors with a strong style like Jules or Evil Angel or Elegant Angel or whoever shoot some stuff with them. That's not to say they needed to do "harder" stuff because harder isn't always better but seeing them shot in a different style and setting would've been interesting and would've probably made them even bigger stars.

Her body is something to behold, but once you see it, you're good. She obviously did it for the paycheck and I have no problem with that, but porn is a big step and if your heart ain't in it, it shows.
I'm guessing she had a bad day/experience with one director and got angry and over-reacted....not about that specific incident but to quit the biz over the bad experience of one or a few people. She probably calmed down and someone convinced her she wouldn't have those problems them. Definitely some weird politics going on in the industry where even black/Latina women are holding off working with black men. The politics of the porn world are very weird, but I do recall there being an interview that she did a few years back during her first foray into porn, it was one a radio station I tried to find it because I like to have the source of the information available but I cant seem to right now. I also found it interesting that in interviews she did on more urban radio stations after she "retired" the first time and was looking to start a career in music she really softened that tone and talked about how it she really had no say, wasnt really attracted to many of her co-stars, and loved black men away from the camera.
