Most media players have a picture capture function and I use either WinDVD or Nero Showtime. Windows Media does not have picture capture nor does, I believe, Apple Quick Time. WinDVD has the easiest picture capture functin to use, but captures are in BMP format which Adult DVD Talk cannot recognize. So the pitures have to be converted to JPEG. For that I use a software program called PictureWorks, a poor man's version of Photoshop. In addition to changing image format, I use PictureWorks to crop the pictures appropriately and often increase the intensity because video captures often look washed out. Nero Showtime, which can be downloaded free, also works and its video captures are in JPEG so ready for uploading into the forum. Still you may want to fix the images with PictureWorks or Photoshop. You have to be careful to observe the posting guidelines carefully. Video captures generally lack the definition of downloaded images but are more natural and ofter much more erotic.
