Slaughter: Totally agreeing with you on Molly Cavalli! She is a lot hotter after her surgery! It is rare that the change is so big and positive but its true in her case and I would have to say that about Britney Amber aswell, however I know there is a lot of haters out there cursing her tits.

Absolutely! Molly's gone really big with her augmentation, but it definitely worked (which might be one hell of an understatement...)
I always thought Kaiya Lynn had pretty nice fake boobies. But I don't like fake hoots. I'd rather look at a flat chest than a set of fake cans. I'll tell you some girls who ruined their beautiful natural tits with fake juggs: 1. Aubrey Addams 2. Jenny Hendrix 3. Savannah Stern 4. Teagan Presley All four had exquisite looking chests, and then they got them butchered. And for what? For who? I'll never know and I'll never understand. Especially Hendrix. She must have been high on something. How she could look in the mirror at that one-in-a-million body of hers and think, You know, I don't look as good as I could, boggles the mind. They were the perfect size, perfectly shaped, they didn't sag...I just...weird. Rant over.
