I tend to avoid any "real-life" scenarios that offer even the slight chance of sexual contact between blood relatives. But that said, a fantasy scene with performers portraying a mother-son-other girl scene wouldn't bother me. I tend to view porn as all make-believe anyways and don't look for realism. In fact, I fail to see what would be at all gained by introducing blood relative mother/son into a scene like this other than for marketing purposes. I think you'd find more "heat" with simulation than real, since they'd be all worried about legalities and such.
