I know Leanna Fox's (or Leanna Hart's) mother helps manage her daughter and travels with her. Both of them appeared on Howard Stern in 2001 or so. They are too numerous to list here. Do a google search, or just look for C-Section scars, the tatoos which cover them up, or stretch marks. Easy enough to find.

The first thing I thought of when I saw the question posed was that it might be easier to name ladies in the business who DON'T have kids. Especially if we're talking about MILF performers, a lot of them come by that term honestly. For the younger set, there are definitely certain physical characteristics where you know it's a safe bet that they are working parents as well.
