I am looking for a movie for a long time but couldn't find it .searched with multiple keywords but no luck. Please help.

Plot is similar to Almost pregnant.

2 couples (friends.)
1 couple was unable to get pregnant so they decide to get pregnant with help of other male.
Wife and the one to help get pregnant decide to do in motel, first attempt they dont feel of doing by thinking about their partner.
So they plan the second attempt in a different day and will have sex. In The mean while the husband of the 1st couple and the wife of the second couple get attracted to each other back in home and have sex . Both couples end up getting pregnant.

Movie ends by showing the 2nd wife in pool .

Please help guys.
