Just saw the trailer for this, it is the Submission of Emma Marx, directed by Jacky St James and Eddie Powell. It is both a movie and porn, such things use to exist and still do happen occasionally these days.
There are three films out, this is from the first one.

Eddie Powell is a co-director so hopefully that indicates he will bring his cinematic style and good grasp of actual story to it.
