Your have excellent prices, in fact for most of the movies you have in stock you have the very BEST prices on the net. You guys should dominate but your International Shipping prices are not up with your competitors. With the addition of your expensive international shipping costs the total cost ends up more expensive for the customers than your competitors. Your shipping prices make absolutely no sense to me! $10 flat rate than you "punish" your customer an extra $2 for any additional dvd? With that, 4 DVD's is going to cost $18 sent plain regular mail. My advice, get up to date with the market. It's flat rate for shipping. Shipping does not cost much at all. Even if you were to set a flat rate of $10 for up up to 5 dvd's(as an example) you would still make a profit on the shipping. A Global Priority envelope costs $5 and that can fit 5 dvd's easy, keep under the weight limit, and shipped worldwide, EASY! Youre competitors are doing it why not you?
You have a number of titles that I am interested in which you have priced @ $6.90 which is awesome compared to $14-$15 on your competitors site. At the end of the day I go with someone else cause they have a reasonable flat rate fee and better shipping method which ends up cheaper and more efficient. You guys could be good, real good!
