I've never done business with MBM but they appear to be the only retailer at the moment that stocks a title that I want.

My main concerns are what was already mentioned: Real time stock, FAST shipping, reasonable prices.

The comments here are positive for the most part so I guess I'll give them a try.

I would say a couple of ways the site could be improved is by sorting titles according to release date and to have thumbnail pics for all titles: If I want to see all titles with a certain performer, I prefer them being listed by release date and with pics of the boxcover-I'm used to navigating through XRent's web site.

I don't know if moviesbymail is directly responsible but of the dvds I've ordered and that have been sent to the UK, 50% have been opened by Customs.

I agree with FF>>Button - It would be nice to have a sort by Release Date option. I can't remember, but I think the sorts like title, price, etc. only work "one way".

Stupid question... Does 24hr shipping listed on mbm mean "ship within 24hrs if in stock" or "we ship round the clock" ? It's listed on the main page @ the top of the screen, but there isn't a link or further details on the shipping page.

I've had 4 orders now with mbm & all experiences have been great !

Sorry, our intention was not to confuse you, it just means it ships within 24 hours from the time you place the order.

Also, we did turn on our thumbs for covers so you can view them before entering into the product page.

And you can sort by price, title and studio both ways, we don't have release dates, this might be something we will consider in the near future.
