^^^^ It's not an argument as much as adhering to an ideology, any subgenre that pervasive must have its devotees, but as someone who has investigated porn as a subculture it took me a little by surprise considering this industry was built on the backs (and fronts) of a never ending supply of 18 year olds. Limited floor space in any porn shack is going to maximize what sells. And I'm surprised at its pervasiveness in regards to other subgenres. Does it have staying power or will it fade? My guess is that it's going to be a formidable presence. Re: Francesca Le, etc. I'll concede your point even if for her I still prefer her Rosebud titles when she was the Jenna Haze of her day. If some of my all time faves like Nadia Nice (Indian) and Eva flowers returned as MILFs, I would seek them out. Christy Canyon MILF out there waiting to return? That I would go for as well.

OK..I am an older..mature..more mature..MILF....whatever you want to call it. I'm a hell of a lot different woman at my age, than I was at 25 with 3 baby boys. I would agree with the 36-40 year old time frame, but remember, in today's world, many women are not having babies and getting married until they are between 28-32. The porn world is forever trying to tell you that the monkey you are looking at is really a deer. But in the real, everyday world, a 40 year old woman is very likely to have an 8 year old child. I saw one video awhile ago where the women were titled as "GILFs" And they couldn't have been over 30. That only happens in central Detroit or Arkansas. Personally, I tend to think that the mature or MILF genre would have a very secure place in the porn world, as those boomers who grew up with Deep Throat & Green Door continue to buy product. Most guys I know who are in their 40's or 50's are no longer so keen on jerking off to some 18 year old who looks like their little girl. They are actually seeking more mature women. But no matter what way you package it, 24 is no MILF.
^^^^ Good insight for men in their 40s who feel guilty over jerking it to porn girls similar age of their daughters. I don't have kids, but can relate to my nieces as they get into their teens. I've given up, reading the labels. "Milf" is just a label now. Milf used to go back to a young man's fantasy. Young guy (age 16 to 24) who knew an older woman in his life (age 38 to 44) (usually somebody's mom) that he wanted to fuck. And when I say fuck, I mean huge urges! Hormones blazing. It's not Mother I'd Like to Date. It's not Mother I'd Like to Love. It's Mother I'd Like to Fuck! Now, Milf means any woman in porn. Well back when Ginger Lynn was just getting started, there were already plenty of MILF type in the business. The older woman/younger man dynamic was used fairly often. So the genre, from a porn standoint, had already been estalblished. There just wasn't a true name for it, although they didn't always play out in the typical MILF way. Hell I think every other scene Tom Byron shot in the early to mid 80's was a MILF type scene. I'll agree that it doesn't always play well though for woman who started younger in the business and aged into them.
