Pretty good documentary screened on BBC 3 in late 2007, explores why men find it so difficult to talk about there penises with other men, it is actually a follow up to the documentary "My Penis and I" where the documentary maker confronts his own small penis anxiety. While the documentary isn't anything new I think it is actually a worthwhile watch and while not necessarily the best material on the subject it still is one of the few honest explorations out there.
This site host the documentary in two parts and they should be the first two search results:

I can't find the original documentary the maker had put it up on youtube but it is currently unavailable:

Checking the lawrencebtv channel on youtube is interesting even if "My penis and i" is not available any more, since there is "Bonus Material" from MPAEE on youtube, a two-parter that lets us enjoy a closer look on the californian hero of penis enlargement. Hilarious and insightful material, especially near the end, after the operation.

Yeah I also found the bonus material on youtube pretty good if not a bit gruesome to watch (even though I do come from a medical background). I like how at the end when he is having his penis exhibition you see that the empty pint glasses seem to build up before anyone starts to talk about penises without the same level of hesitance.

^Personally i'm ok watching the gruesome stuff as long as i don't have to smell it.
What i found much more appalling were the details of the procedures those guys torture themselves with, post-op. The coach guy at the end of the bonus material, who has the stretching device hidden under his pants...
This thing reminds me of a colostomy bag.

^ Especially the thought that this guy with his huge penis is exercising with the 20 lbs weight on a daily basis. Watching this, i found my brain literally running wild imagining penis gyms (since, you know, not everybody can afford a personal trainer) whith hundreds of guys swinging weights with their dicks. Back to back, side to side.
Well, you gotta have something to keep you busy, i guess.

I saw the topic of this thread and thought of Highlander.
