Ok, I'm a body conscious male. Yes, we do exist. Read the book titled "The Adonis Complex". This picture was taken today. Sorry, I cut my head off in the pic. I'm single and just curious if I "still have it". Anyway, I hope maybe someone will enjoy. It's nothing explicit, just me in my underwear.

Not to be gay about it but you're doing pretty good for 44... from one 44 year old to another. I know it doesn't get any easier to work out and shit, I hate it. I'd like to have the packed out abs and be all cut up and shit but if we're being honest here, I love soda and drinks and fat and ice cream and other desserts wayyyyyyyy too much to give that shit up, which is what you need to do to get all cut.

Off topic, but this is what I can't stand about our society. People feel compelled to preface their comments with "no homo" or "not to be gay." If a man is handsome or has a nice physique, you're not gay if you tell him so.
But yea, I think you look darn good for 44. I am 37 and could only hope to look that good. Even when I was in my 20s, I didn't have a physique like that. You should feel proud!
