My only complaint (other than it being rather loud) is that the attachments are kinda stiff, although I easily adapted my favorite jelly toy just by drilling a hole in the bottom and sticking it on.

Your g/f is not the only one who didn't like it however, I believe Kimi Lixx also said that she had a less than pleasant ride, so I guess that everyone is different.

I can't remember how much they charge for refurbishing, but I'd imagine after freight charges, you're probably out well over $100.

As I said, I was very disappointed that my girlfriend did not enjoy it. All of Seymore's girls sure seemed to love it...especially the girls in Orgasmatic. :) Wow! As for the positioning, maybe 'layin down' wasn't the best choice of words, but it's the best way of describing it, and easily accomplished by leaning forward, either supporting your arms or resting your elbows on the padded bench. The best way is using just the riser but there's no problem even with an attachment, since the shaft is at a very slight angle that enables the position, plus there's a little give.
I'd post another screenshot to give you a better idea of what I mean, but due to upcoming legislation, masturbation pics aren't allowed.

Kimi, it sounds like someone had the controls up too high. More than half-way it becomes too much for me, so I can understand how unpleasant and numbing that must have been, yikes.

It's also possible that it was an earlier model because on mine the insert part is on a separate motor and doesn't vibrate at all, just sensually rotates. It might though, if the vibration motor is cranked up too high, I don't know.
