Check the laws in your state about what's allowed regarding familial relations in case things do go too far. Definitely don't fuck her until she's 18.

Maybe ask her how she feels about it and if she can be trusted to keep it a secret.
Have honest chat and maybe keep it to basic porn topics if you do end up watching it with her.
She probably going to take a look at it her self if she seen you watch it, she be curious and maybe have no one to explain what she is seeing?

If she's 18+ and interested, you can watch together. It's just some actors performing scenes. If siblings can watch Game of Thrones, Rome, and the like, they can watch porn together too. If any of you feels uncomfortable after starting to watch, you may stop.
