Next time it happens click the View Header button and copy/paste the info to me in an email. It will help me diagnose if there's indeed a problem or if some mail server is simply spoofing your address.

Email spammers have to move on to new exploits to keep the money coming in. The only thing unusual I see in your case is how long it took them to do so. Looks like you lucked into the laziest spammer alive.

didn't Einstein's theory of Special Relativity pretty much rule out going back in time and pretty much only being able to slow down how fast your clock ticks in comparison with someone else's who is moving slower than you, relatively? Or something like that? Not withstanding wormholes and stuff like that....that stuff is WAY over my head right now.
