Bummer. Very odd though, considering the number of people imbibing bufo alvarius that don't die from it. Seems a bit much to charge poor Nacho with manslaughter. Though I suppose that's the way with supplying drugs these days.

I agree. Joe Rogan talks about DMT he takes all the time. He is obsessed with it and very healthy. The toad supposedly secretes same thing. Maybe Nacho has more $ stored than we thought and this will go from criminal charges to civil. Taking a wild guess at Nacho's disposition, seems the type to do the time IF found guilty then rather go for civil suit where you become penniless fast. And in Spain they may not have both ways to attempt to prosecute like we do in USA. The man didn't O.D. he had a heart attack while partying with friends so it sounds like. If there are court papers I sure wish someone in Spain would translate for us. In USA this is public info.
