Net Guy, the following is a list of movies that I know probably contain some celeb nudities. If I get time this weekend I will look into further to get detailed track number. American male actors are so conservative and hardly show any naked front as compared with European counterpart.
Pillow Book: has the most and massive amount of nudities I have ever seen in a nonadult movie. Ewan McGregor is not shy in front of the camera.
Cruel Intention: there is a scence showing Ryan Phillipe naked out of swimming pool.
Gattaca: Ethan Hawke has a nude shot from back when he half knelt on the beach.
Starship Trooper: is Casper Van Dien nude when he stayed in a water tank to recover from injuries?
Wild Wild West: Will Smith was making love to a woman when suddenly the house crumbled and roof was off. He was standing butt naked in debris.

Leonardo DiCaprio's dick can be seen in the movie "Total Eclipse" which came out in 1995, two years before he starred in "Titanic" in 1997.
Pick the "Full Screen" option for viewing so that you get a bigger picture from the start and then use your zoom-in mode on your DVD player in combination with your pause/slow motion button on your remote for best viewing results.
DiCaprio's dick and balls are only on the screen for a few frames in chapter 6, at 5:00 minutes.
In this scene, DiCaprio is standing naked on a window ledge with all his clothes in his hands. He starts to throw his clothes on the people below piece by piece. He does not throw the last piece of clothing in his hand, but while he is holding it, it moves enough to uncover his dick and balls.
