This doesn't exactly answer your question, but I remember Mia Rose said in an interview that while she thinks girls are beautfiul, she doesn't really like to have sex with them. She did perform with girls however, bust moost of those scenes were with a guy involved in some kind of group sex. She only did a handful of lesbian scenes.
Someone always names Taylor Rain when this topic comes up. But that's not quite true. She did do a few all-female scenes. Probably less than 2%, maybe even closer to only 1% of all her scenes, and she may have been completely bored and/or baked when she did those scenes, but the fact remains that for the right money she'd do them. Though I guess she probably was pretty true to not doing girls early in her career, and that's when she made her reputation.

Katie St. Ives really doesn't do girls. She's been in some scenes with other girls, but it's cursory involvment at best until recently when she said she was going to do it.
This surprised me. AS a long time fan I never noticed. She always had that down for anything attitude. As you said, she go dominated. And it's only recently. But like I said, her involvement with girls is only cursory at best, and probably has to do with the overall decrease in general bookings in the porn industry.
Whitney stevens did a bunch of B/G/G , but almost never got really involved with the other girl. Think the only exception is an "Asses in public" shoot.
