Brandon Iron

I'm looking for the name of an old vhs/dvd series featuring a young Brandon Iron as the prim male performer.
Can't remember if he sometimes was substituted by another actor - it's Irons I remember.
I don't know the name of the release company or the director.
The concept was 1-on-1 casting scenes with "new" girls - but the characteristic of the series was that after the cum shot Irons finished each scene with giving the girl grades for things like "look", "enthusiasm", "oral performance", etc. As I remember they made a scorecard or diploma to give/show each girl, telling her if she had passed the test for entering porn industry.
The series had a spirit of humour and fun, peaking in each scene with the final "exam" and graduation.
Irons handled the girls firmly - but not so firm as you see in his later productions - and again: with a lot humour.
Many of the girls seemed like being real newcommers in their way of acting and reacting.
As I remember, some of the girls spoke French or had a clear French accent, so I guess they have been Canadians probably recorded in Canada.
Can somebody remember the titel of the series?
