^I don't know if there's a name but ultimately it's a moot point here because you could never shoot that kind of scene without the woman getting seriously hurt when she slides of the bed. There are plenty of videos that show women holding their ankles in such a fashion but it's usually while giving head or getting fucked and it's never as close to the edge of the bed as that drawing shows. Take a look at some of the movies Skeeter Kerkove or Max Hardcore did decades ago or the recent stuff that Bryan Gozzling des as well.

I don't think I have ever seen one where the woman is receiving cunnilingus.
