If you have a screencap showing the male in the scene it could help a lot to identify it, actually pictures of any other actors, male or female could help. Also a full body view of the main girl.

^Wow, can I ask how you found her, did you just happen to recognize her, or did you have a hunch where to look?I assumed it was a euro flic from the 80's, and started browse some french companies, but got nowhere. As it was her only movie I realise now I probably never would have found her...
