I know what you are saying and I do agree but they did lose their fullness and they looked more flat. I preferred them before she had a baby but after the baby I prefer them with the implants. my doc does keller method through crease, the scar is a lot smaller than I expected and looks pretty good so far so with the cream should be almost invisible in a few months Fingers crossed!
