You need to be ULTRA lean and also do lots of abs exercises in order to have a 6-pack -- for women this makes them look less feminine because their breasts atrophy and their bodies are "hard". The 2-pack and 4-pack versions are less extreme, with the vertical creases on each side being more pronounced than the horizontal creases This is the look you see with Victoria's Secret models -- it strikes a balance between being model-skinny and having breasts that still jiggle on the runway.The other thing I like about referring to "2-pack abs" or "4-pack abs" is it cuts out some of the subjectivity when you use words like "thin" or "skinny" or "tight body" -- the abs are a very specific shape that you can either point to or you can't. Here's another example: Victoria Rae Black  I also love it when girls are lean enough to have their breast fat and pubic mound fat clearly defined on their body. When they're lean, their pelvis has a W-shape to it, with the hip bones and legs protruding on the sides and the pubic mound raised in the middle, with twin valleys that run vertically to their ribcage.
