They need to start experimenting with some of their scenarios and the girls that they book (lacking in diversity), but every week there is at least 1 or 2 scenes that I enjoy... I am on their forums a lot, and unlike other forums of such sites, the people associated with the site actually read the things. One of my scene "ideas" was actually given feedback by one of the admins. [Link]

They tend to use girls I'm a fan of fairly often so there's rarely a week without 1 or 2 scenes I'm interested in. The only downside with NA, at least in my opinion, is that the sites they have kinda dictates the storyline/plot and that tends to become really repetitive. [Link]

What I like best about it is their scenes always has some sort of set-up and plot to them. I tend to prefer that more than the typical beginning with the girl nude or in some lingerie striking poses and a guy just suddenly shows up. I also like that so many pornstars have done work for them. They have the more tame girls to the hardcore girls and most in between. The actual sex they shoot is a little on the tame side but I'm okay with that because I knew that's the kind of scenes they did before signing up. The main reason I signed on was because they offered subscription through the ROKU. I wish more sites would offer that. No real complaints. I like what they do. [Link]

As for VR, it's not really for now, it's a play for the future. Just like last year when they started shooting 4K before everyone else, and now they have the most 4K scenes of any site, if VR takes off in a year or two, they'll have way more VR scenes than almost any other site. Don't try to suggest possible reasons why, as I have done everything right, nothing wrong and never shared my account/password with anyone else. This seems to have started (today) with a new "I'm not a robot" captcha verification (where you now have to click on multiple pictures, instead of the old type in the text) process. I pass the captcha verification, and am using the same account name and password that has worked for the past 50 weeks, but get hit with the Access Denied screen. I have sent the requested email, but have yet to receive a response. I will report back here as to what happens. I'M REALLY PISSED! [Link]

It took me a while to get logged in a few days ago because the new system didn't seem to be accept my imput. I eventually got in and now it doesn't even seem to require I manually log in anymore. If you have any kind of ad blocker or something on, you could try disabling it for a moment, as it might be blocking the new new captcha from displaying. I sent Lauren an email Saturday at 11:41 AM, and at 11:54 she and Jose had responded and my NaughtyAmerica access had been restored. (Jose created a new password for the account, which he conveyed to me.) Lauren also offered me a choice of a couple perks for my inconvenience, which I declined. However, I did ask for an extra week to be added to my membership expiration date (again, for the days I had no access and my inconvenience). Lauren went ahead and actually added 11 days to my account. So, when all-is-said-and-done, NaughtyAmerica ultimately took care of my problem, and I am satisfied with our resolution.
