I'm considering joining Naughty America for a year because I've heard it's a great site that offers a ton of value, including a free Roku channel included with the subscription, before I actually join just have some questions:
1) How are the downloads? Do HD videos download quickly?
2) How is the Roku Channel?
3) How is Naughty America's Customer Service? Is there a contact email?
4) What is the membership cancellation process when I eventually decide to end my membership?
5) Is there discreet billing?
Any help would be very much appreciated!

1.) I can usually download the 720p vids in about 3-5 minutes, and the 1080 takes about double that, if not a little less. I don't really do the 4K ones.
2.) Heard nothing but good things, though it may be a little tricky to set up.
3.) There's a contact e-mail, but the level of service isn't consistent through it. Their forums are usually a better place to get help.
4.) Cancelling is handled through this page, it looks like.
5.) The bill shows up a LaTouraine, Inc.
Also, if you're going to sign up for a year, you should know that the year subscription recurs at a monthly rate, so if you want another year you'll have to cancel and sign up again.

I joined up almost a year ago. I only watch through my ROKU. Their ROKU channel is pretty straight forward and easy to navigate. I mostly watch scenes of girls I search by name and never their niche lines like SEDUCED BY A COUGAR or whatever but I would imagine it would be easy to do so. They offer different download speeds 1080, 720, and some older scenes 480. It's hard to say if the 1080 downloads slower than 720 because my cable service seems to fluctuate. Sometimes the 1080 seems to take a bit longer but often times it's about the same. The ROKU channel doesn't have the older scenes that you can watch on computer. The scenes about 10 years old or so aren't available for the ROKU I'm guessing because of video quality. Some get remastered though. I don't remember if I had an option and didn't choose it but with the ROKU channel when you click on it to open it there's no passcode to open it and a row of pics of the pornstars appears on the screen. If others have access to your ROKU you may want to check to see they offer a passcode or lock. To contact Customer Service about technical problems you have to e-mail them. To deal with subscription issues or cancellation there's 1-800 number. I don't remember what name shows up on your bill but it won't say NAUGHTY AMERICA or anything that sounds porn-like.
Overall I like the channel and have no complaints.

you will be billed by LaTouraine and its no sign that you pay for porn,just thats a members fee.

That's perfect, glad to hear about the discreet billing! I know NA still updates regularly, and are still one of the big subscription sites. I'll definitely sign up when I can. Right now I have a few NA DVDs but would rather sign up for the site and be able to both watch it on my TV & download my favourite scenes.
