I recently wanted to order my next pack of Kaylan Nicole titles from my shop in Europe. But then they told me they were unable to order NuTech titles, because NuTech wouldn't sell adult movies anymore. Hmm...what a coincidence, since I'm one of her biggest fans.

That is a surprise and I'm sorry to hear it. Nutech has re-issued quite a few older films that I liked. I wonder if it is strictly a money/profit issue or are companies starting to balk at re-issues in general? While their re-releases are pretty basic, they usually get a pretty good transfer considering how old some of their films actually are. Hopefully someone else will take up the slack.
@Luv_4_Porn: It wouldn't be a problem if I wouldn't live in Germany. Many of the U.S. sites still have Kaylan's titles in stock. But there is this thing called German government, where a bunch of confused and disoriented people tell us not to buy porn from other countries. And my local store doesn't have them in stock anymore.

Actually some sites don't that show they do, I've been trying to pick up some I'm missing and already had one order cancelled stating all were no longer available.
Yes I am, when I heard the news I went out to buy the few titles I still wanted that I was missing. I ended up going to ADM after stores were cancelling, so far none of the orders at ADM were cancelled, then again I specifically went for used figuring those would be in stock.
Yes, I know. What I mean is if they will be released by an other company in the future, since NuTech won't sell adult titles anymore. But thanks anyway !
According to the IAFD, Metro is the distributor for CalVista so you might want to ask them if they are still the distributor for CalVista and if so whether they plan on releasing any of the titles again that were leased to NuTech Digital.
I tried nearly everything now to find out if I can ever get my Kaylan Nicole titles to complete my collection. I made phone calls at Metro and Nutech, I wrote e-mails to them and my DVD store and I searched the whole web for any news. Although I contacted them a few times I never got an answer from Nutech ! Then I found some news that VCX is going to release some of the Nutech titles. So I emailed them and got a very nice information from the President of VCX Ltd., Inc. (thank you !). He told me that they do not have any rights for the titles I'm looking for.
So please, if any of you know who I could ask about the re-releasing of the Kaylan Nicole titles post it here ! Thanks !
Nutech stopped selling adult last summer, and apparently made a deal with another company for the rights to the Cal Vista titles that they had (which I don't think has anything to do with Metro's Cal Vista, I think Metro just bought the name at auction.) They will re-appear at sometime in the future. Some Nutech titles are still in stock at 1-stop adult warehouses, so you may still see them around the net. My sales guy (I bought directly from them) told me that they will reappear as soon as the company that bought them decides on how to market them. He didn't tell me who the other company was, however.
Hey BigLou ! Now that is some good news, the best I've heard in a long time. Thank you very much ! Since I'm living in Europe it's a big problem to get the titles that are still in stock in the US. And my local DVD store cancelled all the orders. But if the titles will re-appear, I will yet be able to complete my Kaylan Nicole collection. That's cool ! Thanks again !
No unfortunately I haven't heard anything. Classics are probably a marginal business since a lot of the current fans seem disinterested at best. Still hoping they re-emerge or someone else takes the lead.
