This was the first adult movie I had ever watched as a teen. I would say the movie was made between 1987 and 1992. The only thing I remember about the movie is it was set in a fancier-looking office. (Picture dark brownish-red mahogany wood)

There was a young, petite blonde who was the secretary/front desk girl. She is seduced by a brunette that I think was the boss's wife, maybe? The blonde and brunette end up having sex on an office desk or, like, a boardroom table, and I very distinctly remember the boss/husband walking in on them and him saying something along the lines of "What is going on here!?"

He then proceeds to have sex with the blonde as well while the brunette sits in the corner and watches. The male was tall and had a mustache. Unfortunately, I don't know any names of any of the actors/actresses.

I have scoured through hundreds of images and videos from time to time over the last few years trying to find this movie with absolutely no luck. Really hoping maybe someone has seen or remembers this and can figure this out. Thanks in advance!
