I'm not sure what "wed" sites means, but I think your best bet (if the 'hiring' is legit) is to go through the individual pornstars' agency sites. Like World modelling, Spiegler girls, etc etc.

Err mis spell web sites fixed it

Ex: Ass Inc Adult Staffing Services

There are far to many porn stars now
to find which ones have a look you like
that is why sites like that are made.
