The one thing I think is it might be from 1987

The film starts off with a Dr. who is a female that has a woman wired to a wooden chair that has a dildo attachment and reprograms her mind to not be able to talk and perform any command she want's with a code word of "pussy, pretty pussy" and I believe someone that works with her that is trying to get the dr in trouble with another dr. by the name of dr Edwards. and then she winds up getting caught and punished. the second scene is where i think tammy is than suspended in a living room by her hands and one of her feet up in the air, and then progresses to a scene of her being in a backbend over a table in the living room. and than the next scene is where the main dr gets caught and then the positions are reversed.

not sure how long the film is but the one i watched was about 55 minutes.

some of the woman's names again not real names are "katie and tammy"
