Many years ago, I saw a XXX film in which a guy in an apartment was getting a blowjob from a hot babe when his mother called from her apartment immediately upstairs (or downstairs) from him. As he tries to maintain his composure on the phone while his dick is being sucked, his mom gets the impression from his breathing, fluctuations in his voice, etc., that he's ill. So she insists on coming to his place to check on him, but he's trying desperately to convince her not to because he doesn't want her to interrupt his fun with the girl. I can't remember an era or any of the performers in the scene. I believe the girl giving the blowjob was a blonde, but I could be wring about that.

There's a scene almost exactly as you described in Fascination (1980) with Christie Ford and Ron Jeremy. The only detail where you might be mistaken is that Ron's mother wasn't in the same apartment building, otherwise your description is an exact match.

^ That's right Wanderer. I was so close to recalling that scene, it was all so familiar.
Fascination is one of Chuck Vincent's best comedies and Ron Jeremy's best lead role by far.

Yes, it would be nice if Distribpix made a high-def tranfer of Fascination. The existing DVD released under their Video-X-Pix banner looks like it was mastered from VHS.
Distribpix appear to have original film elements for most of their back catalogue, so I was hoping to see more titles remastered and made available, if not on Blu-ray then streamed via Exploitation.tv

Distribpix sits on their titles. I don't know why. They released two Blu-rays then stopped. They announced one of Cecil Howard's titles in November and it is still absent from the market nor has there been any comment from them on why. I wish Distribpix would lease out their titles to Vinegar Syndrome so we might see the releases in my lifetime.
